  • What’s Koalala about ?
    Koalala is much more than an online shop!

    We would like you to choose with us which visuals or catch phrases should be printed.

    Permanent contests are organised. Subscribed graphic designer and memebers are regularly proposing visuals/catch phrases. The visual/catch phrases will be shown in the ‘votes in progress” gallery and will be marked and commented by members. If the average mark after 7 days reaches 7 on 10, the visual will be transferred in the “finished votes” gallery. The final winning visual will be chosen by the organisers.

    NB: If you are a graphic designer or have original catch phrases ideas, do not hesitate to sign up!

    Received information will only be used by Koalala for intern use.

  • How are T-shirts printed?
    Our T-shirts are screen printed by a renowned professional screen printer. For us, the quality of the screen printing is a fundamental element. For this reason, we have run a number of tests before releasing our product for sale.
  • Are the T-shirts good quality?
    Our T-shirts are made by Fruit Of The Loom, Gildan and B & C. We have selected models of outstanding quality.
  • How are postage costs calculated?
    We work in conjunction with the Post Office and always provide the best options in terms of quality/price. If possible we will send your purchases in a reinforced envelope.

    If you prefer to have your order delivered by another means than postage, please do not hesitate to notify us.

    Non-standard envelope, up to 350g (1 T-shirt)
    Within Belgium: 2,30€
    Within Europe: 5,70€

    Non-standard envelope up to 1 kilo (2-4 T-shirts)
    Within Europe: 9,90€

    Package up to 2 kilos (2-9 T-shirts)
    Within Belgium: 4€

    Package up to 5 kilos (5-14 T-shirts)
    Within Europe: 33,70€

    Please consult our table to find out your size.
  • What will I receive?
    Your purchases will be sent to you via the post either in reinforced envelopes or parcels depending on the size of your order. Your order will therefore be delivered at your home address by your postman.
  • What can I do if I’m not satisfied?
    Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We invite you to contact us in case of dissatisfaction. We are committed to do our maximum to find the most satisfactory solution for you.
  • Is card payment secure?
    Yes, we work with a trustworthy third party (Paypal) who guarantee that we don’t have access to your details at any time. A locked icon displayed on the site indicates in your navigator that the session is secure.
  • Visual contests ?
    Koalala organises visual contests on miscellaneous subjects. Those visuals are to be printed on T-shirts. The winner takes 375€. If you are a graphic designer and wish to participate, please sign up before submitting your proposals. Once you have created your account, please select the gallery you would like to submit visuals for (“Visuals” on the left side). Participation conditions are described in the “Presentation” section. You can use the upload tool once you click the “Submit” button (this button is only viewable once you have signed up). Good luck!
  • Catch phrase contests ?
    Catch phrase contests? Koalala organises also catch phrase contests on miscellaneous subjects. Those phrases are to be printed on T-shirts. The winner receives 4 Koalala T-shirts of his choice. If you think you have original ideas (no quotes), please sign up to submit your proposals. Once you have created your account, please select the “Slogans” gallery you would like to submit to (“Slogans” on the left side). Participation conditions are described in the “Presentation” section. You can use the upload tool once you click the “Submit” button (this button is only viewable once you have signed up). Good luck!
